Working with children always came naturally for me. I feel that the most satisfying aspect about being a physician is building strong, lasting ,trusting relationships with patients and their parents. It is important to me to be open and honest and help educate you to become knowledgeable about you health. I believe in creating a partnership with you so that together we can create a treatment  plan  that will work for you as an individual. I also believe it is important to discuss preventive health to enable you to maintain a high quality of life.

Watching children grow and move through the different developmental milestones is incredibly rewarding to me it is an honor to know that I played a small role in their healthy development. I am also very passionate about practicing preventive medicine, such as promoting and maintaining health and well being, and helping to prevent diseases. I encourage you to take advantage of our regular well child visits, immunizations and preventive care to stay healthy. As a mother, I understand that the caregivers/parents know their children best, and I hope to work closely with you to provide the best care for your child.

My vision of a successful doctor-patient/parent relationship is a team approach to health care. My role is to provide you with the information, tools, and support needed to raise healthy, happy children. I am married and a proud mother of a daughter.
